The Labyrinth
Seven-Circuit Labyrinth
Our seven-circuit, Saint Paul labyrinth named Circle for Grace, was installed as a gift for others, who may be looking for an alternative to seated meditation.

Walking the Labyrinth
Often in my busy life I find I don’t make the time for meditation unless it’s done first thing in the morning. Like most, our to-do list grows and grows upon our waking. What better way to connect with your breath than with the earth mother, and an unwinding of the mind to be here and be present now!

You don’t have to have any formal knowledge of the labyrinth. Just know these few things…
It’s not a maze and it’s not made to trick you into losing your way.

When you enter the labyrinth, it’s nice to set an intention for your walk. You can invite your spiritual guides and the presence of love and light to your walk.

You may have a question you're pondering, and you’d like to have some guidance.

As you begin to walk your path in your own divine tempo, you could be assured that you are in the Circle for Grace, also known as a Sacred Circle.

When you reach the path that brings you into the center, there are six petals. You are invited to stand and pause in any one that calls to you.
When you feel complete, allow yourself to take the journey back out. This could also be a slow meandering of twists and turns of your labyrinth walk.
