Cooling the Yin

As we float from season to season our bodies, souls, and environment crave things to heal it, sustain it and embody it. Incorporating food, senses, and guidance, we start to help our bodies move more gracefully through each season to the next.

This class is an opportunity to learn what's in season and how to select your unique nourishment palette through raw materials.  You'll be guided to pick your raw materials from a seasonal source and expand your senses. We will then bring the materials into the Garden Kitchen, where we will all create a delicious and sustainable lunch experience that nourishes your soul and energy bodies. You will leave each session satisfied, and with the knowledge to nourish your body.
